【中文摘要】 本文建立了一種香菇交配型基因測定的新方法——原生質單核體系本交配到極性標記法.用這一方法不僅成功地分離和鑒定出不同香菇菌株的四種標準交配型基因,還有效地區分出親本型和重用型兩種交配型基因類型。這一技術為深入開展異宗結合食用菌的遺傳研究提供了一個重要的工具。
【英文摘要】 A new method to determine mating type genes is established and described in this paper. Four kinds of standard mating type genes from different strains of L. edodes are isolated and identified successfully by the method, and two mating type genes of parental type and reconstituted type are also distinguished effectively. This technology provides an important tool for deep going research of heterothallic edible mushroom.
