【中文摘要】 本文探討了棉籽殼栽培金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)不同生育階段基質組成元素的變化及其轉化的情況。結果表明,金針菇對基質中C、N、P、K的轉化率較高,分別為7.54％、17.82％、85.93％和21.04％,而對Na、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe等微量元素的轉化率較低。金針菇對基質中礦質元素的吸收利用具有選擇性,與基質中元素含量沒有線性關系。
【英文摘要】 The change of constituent elements in the cotton-seed meal medium and their transform rate at different growth stages of Flammulina velutipes were studied. The results showed that the transform rate of C, N, P, K was 7.54%, 17.82%, 85.93% and 21.04% respectively, while the transform rate of trace elements such as Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe was relatively lower, and that the edible fungi absorbed the constituent elements in the medium selectively and the transform rate was not linearly related with the element content.
