【中文摘要】 4個草菇菌株Vc、Vf、Ptp、Hs的比較試驗結果表明,在稻草培養基上Ptp菌株的菌絲生長速度與其余3個菌株之間的差異極顯著;床栽中各菌株產量與總生物學效率的高低順序依次為Vc、Vf、Ptp、Hs、Vf,其中Vf、Ptp為生產適應性較好的品種,Vc、Hs對優良環境有特殊的適應性;4個菌株中,以Vc和Ptp的性狀表現較為理想。
【英文摘要】 The comparative test of 4 strains (Vc、 Vf、Ptp、Hs) of Volvariella volvacea showed that the myceli-um growth rate of Ptp differed most significantly from other 3 strains on straw medium. The yield and total biologi-cal efficiency order of 4 strains from high to low were Vc、Ptp、Hs、 Vf in bed cultivation. The better productive adaptable strains were Vf and Ptp, while the specific adaptable strains to good environment were Vc and Hs. And the character expression of Vc and Ptp was more satisfactory among 4 strains.
