【中文摘要】 通過對云芝菌絲連續 12h的觀察 ,發現云芝細胞核的分裂有兩個高峰期 :即 8∶0 0～12∶0 0 ,14∶0 0～ 18∶0 0。云芝細胞核的有絲分裂主要出現在菌絲頂端 ,頂端生長是菌絲生長的主要方式。在觀察中還發現云芝細胞核在分裂中期的染色體數為 4條。
【英文摘要】 Through 12h observation of Polystictus versicolor mycelia, we found that there were two peaks of nuclear division, one was at 8:00～12:00, the other was at 14:00～18:00, that the cell nucleus mitosis of P. versicolor was mainly appeared at the tip of the mycelia and tip growth was the major growth type of the mycelia, and that there were 4 chromosomes at the metaphase stage of P. versicolor cell nuclei.
