【中文摘要】 用電子顯微鏡觀察了樟芝 (Antrodiacinnanonea)的菌絲體、子實體及孢子形態 ,初步研究了樟芝的生物學特性。發現樟芝菌絲生長的最適溫度為 2 8℃ ,木屑培養基的最適含水量為58.5% ,最適碳源為 2 %葡萄糖 ,最適氮源為 0 .2 %檸檬酸銨
【英文摘要】 The morphology of the mycelia, fruitbodies and spores of Antrodia cinnanonea was observed with electron-microscope. The result showed that the optimum temperature, water content in the sawdust compost, the C-source and N-source for the mycelial growth of Antrodia cinnanonea were 28℃, 58.5%, 2% gluose and 0.2%(NH 4) 3C 6H 5O 7 resp..
