【中文摘要】 綜述了非放射性地高辛 (DIG)標記系統的原理和主要特點 ,介紹了地高辛標記核酸探針的主要標記方法 ,影響探針標記方法選擇的因素 ,標記探針的顯色檢測方法及其在食用菌研究領域的應用
【英文摘要】 The principles and main characteristics of nonradioactive DIG labeling system were reviewed in this paper. In the meantime ,the major labeling methods of DIG labeled nucleic acid probes used in molecular hybridization,the factors affecting the selection of probe labeling methods,the developing detection methods of labeling probes and their applications in the research fields of edible fungi were introduced too.
