【中文摘要】 采用電泳技術對我國大規模栽培的64個平菇商業菌株進行酯酶同工酶分析。結果表明,我國栽培平菇菌種多樣性豐富,64個菌株有44個酶譜類型,不同菌株有各自特有的酯酶同工酶酶譜。聚類分析表明,供試菌株在60%相似水平上分為6大類:第一類包括以白黃側耳為代表的21個菌株;第二類包括以德國引進菌株為代表的6個未定種名菌株;第三類包括7個白黃側耳與佛羅里達側耳雜交的雜交種及4個未定種名菌株;第四類包括以佛羅里達側耳為代表的5個菌株;第五類包括以糙皮側耳為代表的14個菌株;第六類包括以肺形側耳為代表的7個菌株。
【英文摘要】 Esterase isozyme analysis was used in the study of 64 commercial strains of oyster mushroom. The results showed that there was great diversity among cultivated oyster mushroom. Forty-four zymogram types were observed in all strains tested. Differences of strains were expressed in their respective characteristic zymograms in the study. And the results of cluster analysis at 60% similarity level showed that all strains tested could be clustered into six groups, i.e.21 strains represented by Pleurotus cornucopiae, 6 unidentified strains represented by a strain introduced from Germany, 7 hybrids of Pleurotus cornucopiae with Pleurotus florida and 4 unidentified strains, 5 strains represented by Pleurotus florida, 14 strains represented by Pleurotus ostreatus and 7 strains represented by Pleurotus pulmonarius.
