【中文摘要】 本文探討了不同產地靈芝子實體的三萜、多糖及重金屬等成分含量,并通過直接睡眠試驗、延長戊巴比妥鈉睡眠時間試驗、戊巴比妥鈉閾下催眠劑量試驗和戊巴比妥鈉睡眠潛伏期等試驗,比較6種樣品對小鼠睡眠的影響。結果發現,Ⅴ號樣品具有改善睡眠的作用。
【英文摘要】 The contents of triterpene,polysaccharide and heavy metal in Ganoderma lucidum fruitbodies from different areas were determined and analyzed.The effects of 6 samples on improving mouse sleep was compared, through the experiments of sleep-induced directly,prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium,affecting mouse sleeping rate under the threshold hypnogenesis dosage of pentobarbital sodium and affecting sleeping delitescene induced by pentobarbital sodium.The results showed that sample Ⅴ had the function of sleep-improvement.
