【中文摘要】 2004年9月首次實現了云南野生真菌粗柄側耳的人工栽培。研究結果表明,野生粗柄側耳菌絲生長最適溫度為1924℃,最適pH為56,而子實體發生最適溫度為1218℃,空氣相對濕度80%90%。適宜于該種人工栽培的常規培養料由鋸末、棉子殼和碳酸鈣組成。
【英文摘要】 The wild Pleurotus platypus was succeeded in domesticated cultivation in September,2004 in Yunnan,China.The results indicated that the optimum temperature and pH for P.platypus mycelium growth was 21.5～23.5℃ and 5.5～6.5 respectively,while the optimum temperature for fruitbody development was 15～20℃,the relative environmental humidity was 80%～90%.The substrate composted with sawdust and cotton seed hull supplemented with calcium carbonate have been proved to be suitable for P.platypus cultivation in Kunming.
