【摘要】 浙江省食用菌生產總量不斷增長,栽培區域不斷拓展,特色優勢布局形成,循環生產和集約化生產已成為浙江食用菌產業發展的核心競爭力和發展方向。充分利用食用菌的優勢,發展循環生產,對食用菌產業轉型升級、產業的可持續發展和建設生態高效農業都具有十分重要的現實意義。確定重點區域,突出主導品種,建設循環生產示范區,創新循環生產模式,做好產業間的銜接規劃,培育實施主體,加大對關鍵技術的攻關研究和政策扶持力度,以促進食用菌產業穩定發展。
【Abstract】 The total yeild of mushroom production in Zhejiang Province continues to increase,and the special advantages layout were formed.Circulation production and intensive production had become the core competence and direction for development of Zhejiang mushroom industry.Making full use of the advantages of mushroom had a very important practical significance for mushroom industry transformation and upgrading,the sustainable development of industry and eco-efficient agriculture.Determining the key areas and dominant species,constructing revolving production demonstration area and innovativing cycle production mode were the important points.The key technology study and policy support were strengthened to promote the stable development of mushroom industry.
