【摘要】 進行了利用豬糞渣栽培姬松茸的試驗研究,并測定了產品主要營養成分和衛生標準。結果表明,利用豬糞渣培養料栽培姬松茸,平均單產達8.16kg·m-2,比牛糞培養料栽培姬松茸增產7.23%。
【Abstract】 Agaricus blazei cultivated with the pig manure compost were studied, yield and nutrition analysis of the fruitbody were analyzed. The results showed that the pig manure and straw stalk was composted, the average yield of mushroom achieved 8.16 kg·m-2, which was higher than that in the cow manure compost, increased by 7.23%.
