【摘要】 隨著食用菌產業的發展,食用菌菌渣的開發利用受到廣泛關注。詳細綜述了食用菌菌渣利用的研究進展,從食用菌菌渣成份到綜合利用各方面,包括食用菌栽培再利用以及用作飼料、肥料、生態環境的修復材料等方面的研究進行了系統總結和概括,并提出菌渣利用研究中存在問題和應用前景。
