【摘要】 2008年6月～2010年8月,通過對甘肅省中南部地區主栽食用菌品種金針菇、香菇、平菇175個樣品及3個食用菌生產基地的灌溉用水和培養料(棉籽殼)的農藥殘留發生情況進行調查。結果顯示,滴滴涕、甲胺磷等劇毒和高毒農藥、甲基托布津在3種主栽食用菌175個樣品中均未測出;多菌靈、氯氰菊酯及溴氰菊酯等有少量殘留,但均在檢出限值以內;3個生產基地灌溉用水均未檢測出農藥殘留;3個生產基地的培養料(棉籽殼)中均測出多菌靈、氯氰菊酯及甲基托布津,其中隴南市康縣陽壩鎮食用菌示范生產基地培養料(棉籽殼)樣品中還含有滴滴涕0.0635 mg.kg-1、溴氰菊酯0.010 mg.kg-1,均在檢出限值范圍以內。 更多還原
【Abstract】 The investigation research on pesticide residues of main edible fungi varieties in Gansu province had carried out.The irrigation-water and compost(cottonseed hull) of 3 production bases and 175 samples of Flammulina velutipes,Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus were detected.The results showed that DDT,Methamidophos and highly-toxic-pesticide,Thiophanate-Methl were not measured in 175 samples of 3 main varieties.Carbendazim,Cypermethrin and Deltamethrin were a little of residues,however within o... 更多還原
