【摘要】 試驗在平菇子實體生長期間采用不同濃度的蔗糖基聚合物進行噴施處理,研究其對平菇產量和品質影響。結果表明,在試驗濃度范圍內,蔗糖基聚合物對平菇具有顯著的增產增效作用。尤以濃度為2%的處理效果最好,鮮菇可增產23.8%,生物效率提高17.8%;子實體營養成分多糖、蛋白質和維生素C含量也分別提高32.1%、31.3%和3.1%;此外一些對人體重要礦物元素(Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu)的含量也均有明顯提高。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of sucrose-based polymers on yield and quality in Oyster mushroom,sucrose-based polymers with different concentration on the culture of Oyster mushroom were applied.The results showed that the yields and quality of Oyster mushroom were risen remarkably,comparing with water treatment.Spraying 2% solution of sucrose-based polymers was found to be the best,the yields of fruiting was increased by 23.8% averagely,and the biological efficiency of Oyster mushroom reached 9...
