【摘要】 本試驗采用不同比例的木耳菌糠替代部分木屑袋栽滑菇,以培養料(木屑89%、麥麩10%、石膏1%)為對照,探討木耳菌糠栽培滑菇的可行性。結果表明,木耳菌糠添加量25%～45%時,可縮短發菌天數,其中菌糠添加量為45%時,滿袋天數僅需52 d,并且長勢較好;但菌糠添加量為55%～65%時,則延長了發菌天數,而且菌絲稀疏,長勢也弱。對照(CK)與木耳菌糠添加量是25%～45%時,子實體生長良好,并且出菇整齊;菌糠添加量為55%～65%,則出菇不整齊。CK的生物學效率最高,但配方4(菌糠45%、木屑34%、麥麩10%、石膏1%)的生物學效率與CK差異不大,從成本和生態效益考慮,配方4栽培滑菇具有可行性,并已在廣靈縣進行推廣。
