【摘要】 以菌絲體的生物量和多糖為指標,對大馬勃液體發酵培養基及培養條件進行優化篩選。結果表明,最佳培養基配方為蔗糖3.0%、酵母膏0.75%、磷酸二氫鉀0.15%、硫酸鎂0.1%;最佳培養條件為pH值為6.5,溫度為28℃,接種量為10%,搖瓶裝量為100 mL。
【Abstract】 Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices,culture media and culturing conditions for liquid fermentation of Calvatia gigantean Lloyd were selected.The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 3.0%,yeast extract paste 0.75%,KH2PO4 0.15%,MgSO4 0.1%,and the optimum culturing condition was pH 6.5,culturing temperature 28℃,inoculum concentration 10%,and filling level were 100 mL.
