【摘要】 以樹舌發酵液提高離體小鼠肝組織的糖耗量為指標,通過單因素試驗研究不同碳源、氮源、生長因子、pH以及無機鹽對樹舌發酵液生長的影響,篩選出適合的碳源、氮源及無機鹽,并進一步通過正交試驗確定各組分之間的相互作用。試驗結果表明,樹舌發酵液生長的最適培養基組成為葡萄糖5 g.L-1、甘露醇5 g.L-1、蛋白胨1 g.L-1、硫酸銨1g.L-1、硫酸亞鐵0.5 g.L-1、氯化鋅0.5 g.L-1、氯化鉀0.5 g.L-1。樹舌發酵液在28℃、150 r.min-1發酵培養5 d,發酵液糖耗量可高達到88.62%,明顯高于未優化的培養基。
