【摘要】 綜述了食用菌育種方法及研究進展,闡述了離子束注入生物體誘變的機理,介紹了離子束注入誘變食用菌的研究進展。最后,提出了低能離子注入誘變技術應用于食用菌育種方面的發展方向。
【Abstract】 The breeding techniques and research progress of edible fungi were summarized in this paper,and the principle of mutation on organism and research progress of edible fungi by ion beam irradiation were also illustrated.In the last part of the paper,the research trends of edible fungi breeding technique by ion beam irradiation were presented.
