【摘要】 從用于暗褐網柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)人工栽培的覆土和草炭中分離、純化出40株細菌,經液體發酵試驗和平板試驗檢測這些菌株對暗褐網柄牛肝菌菌絲生長的影響,篩選出對暗褐網柄牛肝菌菌絲生長有明顯促進作用的3株細菌(編號為:T24、T34、C1)。
【Abstract】 Forty bacterial strains were isolated from the casing soil and peat used for the artificial cultivation of Phlebopus portentosus.P.portentosus mycelia were grown in submerged culture for 4 d and,after inoculation of these cultures with each of the bacterial strains individually,the mycelia biomass was determined after 7 d further incubation.Ten bacterial strains which did not inhibit P.portentosus growth under these conditions were selected for further testing.Suspensions of each of these strain...
