【摘要】 從自由基清除能力,還原能力,亞鐵離子的螯合能力,DNA損傷的抑制,MDA、SOD含量等方面對桑黃(Phellinus sp.)抗氧化研究進行概述;并展望其發展趨勢。
【Abstract】 Antioxidant features of Phellinus species,including free radical scavenging capacity,reducing capacity,ferrous ion chelating activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity have been reviewed,and future research prospects discussed.
