【中文摘要】 為了篩選草靈芝菌絲液體培養的高產組合，作者進行了三因素二水平的正交設計試驗。生物統計的結果表明，草靈芝菌絲液體培養的主料是玉米粉，其最佳高產組合是ｐＨ值為５．０的玉米粉培養基。
【英文摘要】 The orthogonal designed experiment of three factors and twolevels was carried out in order to select the high quantity combination forCanodema liquid cuiture,The result of biostatics showes that,the main ma-telial of Canoderma liquid culture is maize powder,and the best high quantitycombination is maize powder cultural medium of pH 5.0.
