【中文摘要】 通過竹蓀深層發酵菌絲體多糖對小鼠淋巴細胞增殖、細胞白介素－２（ＩＬ－２）的誘生及Ｓ－１８０腫瘤細胞的作用實驗，證實其發酵菌絲體多糖可明顯提高小鼠淋巴細胞數量（Ｐ＜０保埃保；對ＩＬ－２誘生作用極為明顯（Ｐ＜０保埃保；對小鼠Ｓ－１８０實體腫瘤的抑瘤率為５８保梗ィǎ校跡藹保埃保。
【英文摘要】 The purposes of this study is to investigate the effect of depths-ferment mycelium polysaccharides(DFMP)of Dictyophora indusiata on the immunologic responses and anti-tumour in mice.The results also indicated that the DFMP can increase immunologic responses notably(P<0.01);The rate of inhibiting tumour cell(S-180)is 58 93%(P<0.05).
