【中文摘要】 本文報道了猴頭菌適宜的液體發酵條件及發酵培養基。結果表明：猴頭菌適宜發酵條件為：培養溫度２５～２８℃，培養基起始ｐＨ５保?。侗０u瓶裝量１００～１２０ｍＬ／５００ｍＬ，振蕩頻率１５０～１８０ｒ／ｍｉｎ，種子培養時間３～４ｄ，接種量１０％～１５％。適宜的發酵培養基為：小麥粉３％，酵母粉３％，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４０保保ィＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０保埃擔ィＶＢ１２０μｇ／１００ｍＬ，ＶＢ２２０μｇ／１００ｍＬ。
【英文摘要】 In this paper, the appropriate fermentation conditions and medium for Hericium erinaceus in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. The results showed that the suitable culture conditions were as follows: temperature 2528, pH5060, Volum 100120mL/500mL, stirring speed 150180r/min inoculate 10%15%. The appropriated fermentation medium was as follow: wheat powder 3%, yeast powder 3%, KH2PO401%,MgSO47H2O 005%,VB120g/100mL,VB220g/100mL.
