【中文摘要】 本研究對不同ｐＨ條件下和相同ｐＨ條件下灰樹花發酵液及菌絲生長情況進行了測定。結果表明，灰樹花發酵液的初始酸堿度以ｐＨ８為宜，終止ｐＨ３保擔菌絲最適宜生長的ｐＨ為５左右。無論初始ｐＨ相同或不同，發酵液的ｐＨ隨著時間的延長和菌絲的生長而逐漸下降，其下降的趨勢為快雎隹颮雎。
【英文摘要】 The mycelia of Grifora frondosa and pH value of fermented solution were measured at different pH value and the same pH valus. The results showed that optimal primary pH value was 8, the final pH value was 35 for Grifora frondosa fermentation. The optimal pH value for mycelia growth was 5. The pH value of fermented solution declined gradually as the culture time elongated and the mycelia growed whether the primary pH value was the same or not. The declined trend was quickslowquickslow.
