【中文摘要】 本試驗是通過平板試驗 ,在培養基中添加VB1,復合肥 (N、P、K)、NPP、乙烯利 ,通過四因素三水平的正交試驗 ,旨在選擇一種最佳組合。試驗結果表明 :VB1(0 0 0 2 % ) ,N .P .K (0 0 5 % )、NAA (5× 10 -6)、乙烯利(5 0 0× 10 -6) ,此種配比最適合平菇菌絲的生長
【英文摘要】 This experiment based on the plate culture.We added vitamin B 1,complex fertilizer,NPP and ethylene into the culture medium.Through the orthogonal experiment about four factors and three levels.We observed which formulation is fit for the growth of P ostreatus hypha.The result of the experiment declared that Vitamin B 1(0 002%),complex fertilizer(0 5%),NAA(5×10 -6 )and Ethylene(500×10 -6 )suited to the growth of P ostreatus hypha.
