【中文摘要】 香菇、平菇、靈芝既是著名的食用菌 ,也是研究得相當廣泛的白腐菌。香菇A3、平菇B2、靈芝KG菌株間兩兩混合培養 ,在胞外漆酶分泌狀況上表現了較好的種屬互惠性。研究結果顯示 :A3+B2、B2 +KG的混合培養體系表現了漆酶峰值提高、峰面積增大的優勢 ,其中峰值情況為A3第 12d達 2 0 0單位 /g ,B2第 6d達 6 0 6單位 /g、KG第 10d達 5 76單位 /g ,A3+B2第 8d達 72 8單位 /g、B2 +KG第 12d達 2 16 5單位 /g ;A3+KG的混合培養也在后、末期表現優于相應單株純培養的漆酶狀況。實驗表明 ,不同種屬白腐菌株混合培養對體系的漆酶分泌存在重要影響。
【英文摘要】 There were efficient effects on mixed Lentinus edodes(A3).Pleurotus sp.(B2)& Ganoderma sp.(KG)by twos.The results showed:A3+B2.B2+KG had better enzyme facts-Laccase was produced continuously and attenuated more slowly than in corresponding single strain culture,eg.A3 to 200u/g 12th,B2 to 606u/g 6th,KG to 576u/g 10th,and A3+B2 got to 728u/g 8th,B2+KG to 2165 u/g 12th;and A3+KG also behaved better at the late stage of culture.The experiment suggested that mixed cultures among different genus of white rot fungi have important effects on laccase production.
