【中文摘要】 熱水抽提和酒精沉淀的方法提取鹿角炭角菌、香栓菌、茶樹菇的多糖復合物 ,在反應濃度為 1mg/mL時 ,三種多糖對HIV逆轉錄酶活性的抑制率分別為 (80 4± 1 2 ) %、 (90 6± 1 7) %和 (84 5± 2 1) %。
【英文摘要】 Polysaccharide-complex was acquired by hot water extraction and alcohol precipitation from Xylaria hypoxglon,Agrocybe cylindracea and Trametes suaveolen.All these samples were assayed for their inhibitory effects against HIV reverse transcriptase(RT).They exhibited the inhibition activity of 80.4±1.2%,90.64±1.7% and 84.5±2.1% respectively at the reactive concentration of 1mg/mL.
