【中文摘要】 通過野外調查采集、分離培養并經鑒定,共獲得大型真菌56種,隸屬14科,26屬,其中外生菌根真菌38種,并且分離獲得了14種外生菌根真菌的純培養。這些外生菌根真菌主要隸屬牛肝菌科(Boletaceae)、紅菇科(Russulaceae)和鵝膏菌科(Amanitaceae),大多發生在海拔500米以上的松林、針闊混交林或常綠闊葉林地,主要與赤松(Pinus.densiflora)、馬尾松(Pinus.massoni-ana)、黃山松(Pinus.taiwanensis)等松屬(Pinus)樹種以及落葉松(Larix)、云杉(Picea)、冷杉(Abies)、油杉(Keteleeria.cyclolepisFous)、櫟(Quercus)屬等樹種共生。
【英文摘要】 For the purpose of finding out the macro-fungi resources in Lishui area and of establishing a germplasm resources pool of mycorrhizal fungi in Zhe jiang province,the field investigation had been made and 56 species of macrofungi had been collected.By identification,these macro-fungi were classified as 14 families and 26 genera.Among them,38 species were Ectomycorrhizal Fungi(ECMF).Most of the ECMF belonged to Boletaceae,Russuluceae and Amanitaceae,which mainly growed in the Pinus massoniana forest,the mixed broadleaf and coniferous forest,and the evergreen broadleaf forest with a height of 500 meters above sea level and usually formed symbiotic association with the Pinus.densiflora,Pinus.massoniana,Pinus.taiwanensis,Larix,Picea,Abies,Keteleeria.cyclolepis,Quercus,etc.By tissue isolation,pure cultures of 14 ECMF species were obtained,which mainly belonged to Boletaceae,Russuluceae and Amanitaceae.
