【中文摘要】 探討了廣東封開的一種野生可食性紅菇D美紅菇(RussulapuellarisPr.)[1]搖瓶發酵培養條件對菌絲體收率的影響。結果表明,該紅菇菌絲體液體發酵的最適培養溫度為28℃,培養基最適初始pH值為7.0,最適裝液量為50mL/250mL三角瓶,最適搖床轉速為180rpm,接種量在(4～10)mL/100mL的范圍內對菌絲體生長的影響不顯著,最適培養時間為84h。
【英文摘要】 The liquid fermentation conditions of Russula puellaris Pr.were studied.The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: temperature 28℃,pH 7.0,capacity 50mL/250mL triangular flask,oscillating frequency 180rpm,fermentation duration 84h.Statistic analysis showed that the quantity of liquid seed,varying from 4mL /100mL to 10mL/100mL,was not a remarkable factor to the yield.
