【中文摘要】 本文對9種藥用及食用真菌菌絲體中SOD的同功酶進行了初步的研究,并以云芝為實驗對象研究了真菌菌絲體生長與SOD活性的關系,結果表明:不同真菌來源的SOD之間同功酶組成存在較大差異;云芝菌絲體液體發酵結果顯示,菌絲體的生長過程包括生長遲滯期、迅速生長期及衰亡期三個階段,在迅速生長期后期可以獲得大量富含SOD的云芝菌絲體。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,SOD isoenzyme from 9 medicinal and edible fungal mycelia were primary studied.Meanwhile the relation of SOD activity and the growth of mycelia was studied,Coriolus versicolor as experimental material.The results showed that SOD isoenzyme from different fungal mycelia were distinct.Liquid fermentation of Coriolus versicolor mycelium showed that the period of growth for mycelium included lag phase,log phase and decline phase.Mycelium rich in SOD of Corilus versicolor could be obtained in anaphase of log phase.
