【中文摘要】 利用篩選的分離培養基從4個長白山松口蘑菌褶中各自分離了菌絲體,應用RAPD標記對其真偽進行了鑒定。結果表明:分離的菌絲體是其來源松口蘑子實體的純培養物;所選培養基可用于松口蘑菌絲體的分離;長白山松口蘑子實體之間遺傳差異較大。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,four mycelia were respectively isolated from their lamella of Tricholoma matsutake in Changbai Mt.with selected culture media,which were identified with RAPD Marker.The results showed that isolated mycelia were pure culture of their original fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake,the mycelia of Tricholoma matsutake could be isolated from selected culture media and there were great genetic variances among the fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake in Changbai Mt..
