【中文摘要】 大白口蘑(Tricholom a gigan teum)菌絲生長的最適碳源是果糖,最適氮源是酵母粉,最適溫度2832℃,最適pH4.05.0,最適培養基含水量60%。子實體原基分化溫度2028℃,最適晝夜溫差6℃,空氣相對濕度85%90%時能正常形成原基。
【英文摘要】 It was proved in our test that the optimum C-source,N-source,temperature,pH and water content of the media were fructose,yeast powder,2832℃,4.05.0 and 60% resp.for the mycelial growth of Tricholoma giganteum,and that the primordium differentiation temperature and the optimum temperature difference of day and night were 2028℃ and 6℃ resp..While the relative air humidity for the normal formation of the primordial was 85%90%.
