【中文摘要】 以鮮茶薪菇為材料,經擔孢子彈射,稀釋分離法獲得37個單孢菌株。經單孢出菇驗證其性遺傳模式為異宗結合。再經單孢配對試驗,得到了4種不同交配型的單孢菌株,單孢的極性比為9∶11∶11∶6。研究結果表明,茶薪菇性遺傳模式為四極性異宗結合。經異核體菌株出菇試驗,證實茶薪菇的性遺傳模式是四極性異宗結合擔子菌的性遺傳模式。
【英文摘要】 Discharging spore from the same basidiocarp of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang,twenty-seven single-spore strains were collected by dilution isolation,and their yielding fruit-body test suggested that inheritance of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang is heterothallism.Then four different mating-type single-spore strains were acquaired by comparison of matched pairs,and their proportion was(9∶11∶11∶6).At last,the heterokaron strain yielding fruit-body test suggested that the sex-inheritance of Stropharia rugoso-annulate is tetrapolar heterothallism.
