【中文摘要】 采用PAGE法分離提純雙孢蘑菇菌絲酯酶標記位點Est A與B的同工酶蛋白est 1,2和est 3,4。SDS-PAGE蛋白質分子量測定表明,它們的分子量分別為30000,63000和30000,43000。
【英文摘要】 The isozyme proteins of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4, in esterase isozyme loci Est A and Est B, were purified and segregated from mycelia of Agaricus bisporus with polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The data of the protein molecular weight obtained by SDS-PAGE showed that the molecular weights of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4 were 30000, 63000, 30000 and 43000 respectively.
