【中文摘要】 本文比較了不同濃度及溫度的NaOH溶液對灰樹花總糖提取的影響,并初步分析了灰樹花總糖的成分,為今后灰樹花總糖的提取工藝及其抗癌作用的進一步研究提供了依據。
【英文摘要】 The effect of different temperature and concentration of NaOH on the extraction of total saccharide from Grifola frondosus was compared and the composition of total saccharide was analysed in this paper. This experiment provided a basis for further study of Grifola frondosus total saccharide extraction technique and its anticancer activity.
