【中文摘要】 從靈芝子實體用熱水提取分離的靈芝多糖（GLP）對Lewis肺癌和結腸癌具有相當高的抑制生長活性,并能增強正常小鼠腹腔巨噬細胞吞噬作用和荷瘤小鼠NK細胞活性,從而提高機體免疫功能.靈芝多糖口服給藥劑量每天每公斤C57BL/6小鼠2000mg.足趾接種和腑皮下接種對Lewis肺癌的抑制率分別為53.54％～59.13 ％和36.43％～42.76％;對結腸癌的抑制率分別為42.47％～49.14％和29.43％～32.09％.
【英文摘要】 The polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum (GLP), isolated from hot-water extracts of Ganoderma lucidum fruitbody has relatively high growth-inhibition activities against Lewis lung carcinoma and colon cancer and enhances immune function of the mice which took it. GLP is taken orally by C57BL/6 mice at a dosage of 2000mg per day and the inhibition rate of Lewis lung carcinoma by subcutaneous inoculation to mice at toe and axillary is about 53.54 %-59.13 % and 36.43 %-42.76 % respectively. The inhibition rate of colon cancer by inoculation to mice at toe and axillary is about 42.47% -49.13% and 29.43-32.09% respectively. Meanwhile, GLP enhances the phagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity of normal mice and activities of NK cells of tumor-bearing mice.
