【中文摘要】 本文研究了草菇（Volvariella volvacea）V_9等三個菌株的一些生物學特性。結果表明,V_9菌株的菌絲粗壯,生長快,子實休開傘緩慢。對溫度、pH有較寬的適應范圍.對多種碳源、氮源能較好地利用,是一個活力強、適應性廣的優良菌株。
【英文摘要】 Some biological characters of three Volvariella volvacea strains were studied. The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of V8 strain was very high and its mycelia were very thick with a lower fruitbody veil-open percentage, and that the V9 strain was adaptable to a wide range of temperature, pH and C- and N-compounds and possessed exuberant vitality and good commodity quality.
