【中文摘要】 本文研究了用麥秸栽培草菇(Volvariella volvacea)時棉籽殼、酵素菌(BYM)、磷石膏三種主要輔料的作用。結果表明,三種輔料對草菇增產的作用依次是棉籽殼、酵素菌、磷石膏,且以棉籽殼50％、酵素菌1％為最佳組合。
【英文摘要】 The effect of three main additives (cotton seed hull, BYM and phosphogypsum) was studied during the cultivation of Volvariella volvacea with wheat straw compost. The result showed that the yield increment effect of cotton seed hull was the strongest, followed by BYM and phosphogypsum. While the optimum combination among three main additives was 50 % cotton seed hull plus 1 % BYM.
