【中文摘要】 本文應用混料回歸設計方法,建立了木屑代料栽培猴頭菌產量(干重生物學效率)和生產周期(d)與代料中木屑、麥麩、蔗糖及石膏實際含量(％)的回歸方程,并繪制出蔗糖含量為0、1％、2％、3％、石膏含量為0、1％的不同組合情況下產量和生產周期隨木屑及麥麩含量變化的回歸曲線。實際與預測結果表明,木屑代料中木屑和麥麩較適合的配比范圍為木屑77％～89％、麥麩11％～23％。以木屑83％、麥麩17％或木屑83％、麥麩16％、蔗糖(最好用淀粉或葡萄糖代替)1％為最合理配方。常規使用的木屑78％、麥麩20％、蔗糖1％及石膏1％的配方較合理。
【英文摘要】 The regression equation of the yield (biological efficiency of dry wt., %). the cultivation period (d) of Hericium erinaceus and the content of sawdust, wheat bran, sucrose and gypsum in sawdust substratum were established by substratum regression design, and the regression curves of the yield and the cultivation period changing with the sawdust and wheat bran content under different combinations of sucrose (0, 1%, 2%, 3%) and gypsum (0, 1%) were drawn. It was proved by the results of practical and calculated investigations that the suitable sawdust and wheat bran content in sawdust substratum was 77%-88% and 11%-23% resp., that the optimum combination of components in sawdust substratum was 83% sawdust and 17 % wheat bran or 83% sawdust, lfj% wheat bran and 1% sucrose (best to be substituted with starch or glucose), and that the conventional combination of 78 % sawdust, 20% wheat bran, 1% sucrose and 1% gypsum was reasonable.
