【中文摘要】 羊肚菌液體搖瓶培養條件以及適用培養基的篩選研究表明,PYG培養基(含0.1％酵母提取物的PDA)合適的液體培養條件是:25℃,100r/min,裝量100mL/500mL三角瓶,加10粒玻璃珠,pH7.5。正交實驗篩選的搖瓶培養基組成為麥芽汁50％,玉米粉1.5％,酵母提取物0.5％,蔗糖1.5％,以此培養基為基礎,篩選出4種生物量較高的液體培養基。
【英文摘要】 It was proved in selecting optimum medium for submerged culture of Morchella conica that the proper submerged culture conditions for PYG medium were 25℃, 100r/min, pH7.5, and 100mL liquid medium put in 500mL bottle with 10 glassballs, and that the constituents of shaking medium selected by orthogonal test were 50% malt extract, 1.5% com meal, 0.5% yeast extract plus 1.5% sucrose. Based on the medium selected, 4 groups of liquid medium with higher quantity of biomass were screened.
