【中文摘要】 不同比例平菇廢料栽培雞腿蘑子實體的同工酶分析結果表明 ,6個參試的雞腿蘑樣品過氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶譜差異明顯 ,而其酯酶 (EST)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)同工酶譜基本相同
【英文摘要】 Isozyme analysis of Coprinus comatus fruitbodies cultivated on different proportional waste compost of Pleurotus ostreatus was reported in this paper. The results showed that the peroxidase isozyme patterns of six Coprinus comatus samples were significantly different, but its esterase and superoxid dismutase isozyme patterns were basically the same.
