【中文摘要】 以梯度試驗方法研究了采絨革蓋菌 (Coriolusversicolor)在含不同量枸杞子 (Lyciumchinense)水煎液的PDY液體培養基中生長時 ,纖維素酶、半纖維素酶、木質素酶 (漆酶、鄰苯二酚氧化酶、愈創木酚氧化酶 )活性的變化。結果表明 ,培養基中含有 4 %～ 5%的枸杞子水提物能明顯促進菌絲體生長 ,顯著增強胞內和胞外酶活性
【英文摘要】 The activity variation of CMCase, hemicellulase and ligninase (laccase, pyrocatechol oxidase, guaiacol oxidase) of Coriolus versicolor cultivating in PDY liquid medium added with Lycium chinense fruit water extract was studied through gradient experiment. The result showed that 4%～5% of Lycium chinense fruit aqueous extract added in the liquid medium obviously promoted the growth of the hyphae and significantly enhanced the activities of endocellular and extracellular enzyme of C.vercicolor.
