【中文摘要】 研究了杏鮑菇菌絲生長的營養需求和環境條件。結果表明 ,適宜杏鮑菇菌絲生長的最佳碳源是葡萄糖 ,最佳氮源是黃豆粉 ,最佳碳氮比是 6 0∶1,最佳無機鹽是硫酸鈣。杏鮑菇菌絲生長的適宜溫度為 2 5℃ ,培養料最適含水量為 75 % ,最適pH為 5 .4。
【英文摘要】 Effect of nutrients and environmental factors on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii was studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, C/N and inorganic salt for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelia were glucose, soybean meal, 60∶1 and CaSO 4 resp., and that the suitable temperature, pH and water content of the medium for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelia were 25℃,5.4 and 75% resp..
