【中文摘要】 以獲得弱木栓質化靈芝菌株為目的 ,利用液體培養 4d的靈芝菌絲體和液體培養 3d的糙皮側耳菌絲體為材料 ,在PEG Ca2 + 系統中誘導原生質體融合 ,獲得初篩融合子 19株 (F1~F19)。其中 ,融合子F8的菌絲生長速度和生物量均接近糙皮側耳 ,顯微鏡下 ,其菌絲體與靈芝和糙皮側耳的均不相同 ,木栓質化程度大于糙皮側耳 ,小于靈芝。
【英文摘要】 In order to obtain the lower corkification strain of Ganoderma lucidum, the mycelia of G.lucidum and Pleurotus ostreatus were put under submerged culture for 4d and 3d resp.to prepare the protoplasts. And the fusion experiment of G.lucidum and P.ostreatus protoplasts was carried out under PEG-Ca + system. Ninteen fusants numbered from F1 to F19 were selected. Among them, the mycelial growth rate and the mycelial biomass of F8 were more similar to that of P.ostreatus, and the mycelia of F8 were very different from that of G.lucidum and P.ostreatus under the microscope.Furthermore, the corkification level of F8 mycelia was between that of G.lucidum and P.ostreatus .
