【中文摘要】 研究了 38個木耳孢子單核菌株的菌絲生長勢、菌絲生長速度多態性與其交配型的關系。結果表明 ,供試的木耳孢子單核菌株在菌絲生長速度和菌絲生長勢等培養性狀方面出現了一定程度的多態性。在測定的 38個孢子單核菌株中 ,交配型A有 2 1個菌株 ,交配型a有 17個菌株 ,A∶a =2 1∶17。經X2 檢驗 ,兩種交配型未出現 1∶1嚴重偏離。這表明 ,木耳孢子單核菌株的菌絲生長勢和菌絲生長速度與其交配型無明顯相關性。
【英文摘要】 The relationship between the polymorphism of the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate with the mating types of 38 sporulated monocaryotic strains of Auricularia auricula was studied. The results showed that the polymorphism of certain degree in the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate was existed among the sporulated monocaryotic A. auricula strains tested, and that there were 21 strains of mating type A and 17 strains of mating type a in 38 sporulated monocaryotic strains tested. A∶a=21∶17, according to X 2 test, there was no serious deviation ratio of 1∶1 between mating type A and mating type a. It was therefore concluded that there was no significant relationship between the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate with the mating type of sporulated monocaryotic strains of A. auricula
