【中文摘要】 選擇經胃鏡診斷為慢性淺表性胃炎的患者作為試驗人群,觀察"猴菇健胃膠囊"對慢性淺表性胃炎的療效。觀察病例60例,隨機分為兩組。治療組30例,服用"猴菇健胃膠囊";陽性對照組30例,服用"氣滯胃痛沖劑"。觀察期間,停用其他治療胃病的藥物或保護胃粘膜的保健食品,服用后同時觀察功效指標和安全性指標。結果表明,"猴菇健胃膠囊"能較好地改善胃脘痛、腹脹、泛酸、食欲不振等癥狀,總有效率達70%,對受試者無不良影響。
【英文摘要】 The curative effect of "Hougu Stomachic Capsule"(HGSC) on chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) was observed. 60 cases of patients diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis by gastroscope were divided into two groups:30 cases in curative group using "Hougu Stomachic Capsule"; 30 cases in positive control group using "Qizhiweitong Granule", no other medicine or healthy food were used and the effectiveness and safety indexes were also observed during the testing period. The results showed that "Hougu Stomachic Capsule" could obviously reduce the integral of clinical symptoms and improve the clinical symptoms such as epigastralgia, abdominal distention, acid regurgitation, inappetence and so on. The general effectiveness was up to 70% with no harmful effect on the patients.
