【中文摘要】 蜜環菌(Armillariellamellea)不同菌株與天麻(Gastrodiaelata)進行伴栽試驗,研究蜜環菌不同菌株對天麻產量的影響。結果表明,蜜環菌不同菌株對天麻產量具有一定的影響,蜜環菌菌株M1能顯著提高天麻產量,室內瓶栽和室內地栽(室內地面覆土栽培)試驗均表現出良好的伴栽效果,適應性強。
【英文摘要】 The cultivation test was made to study the effect of different strains of Armillariella mellea on the yield of Gastrodiaelata. The results showed that different strains of Armillariella mellea had certain effect on the yield of Gastrodia elata. Strain M_1 provided by Yichang Microbiology Institute was screened out to be the optimum strain which greatly increased the yield of Gastrodia elata. Gastrodia elata cultivated with strain M_1 of A. mellea achieved the highest yield both in the indoor bottle cultivation and in the indoor ground casing cultivation.
