【中文摘要】 對廣東省5個香菇(Lentinulaedodes)栽培菌株或其衍生菌株進行RAPD分析。結果表明,不同菌株間存在著豐富的遺傳多樣性。RAPD擴增指紋能有效分辨不同菌株的基因型,可為香菇的商業菌株質量監測提供快速有效的技術手段,為規范食用菌菌種生產管理提供科學依據。
【英文摘要】 5 strains of Lentinula edodes cultivated in Guangdong province were analysed by RAPD. The results showed that there was high genetic diversity among the strains tested. Genotypes of different strains could be distinguished by DNA fingerprints produced by RAPD, which could become a fast and effective technique for monitoring the quality of the trade strains of Lentinula edodes and provide the scientific foundation for standardizing production management of edible fungus strains.
