【中文摘要】 選擇專一性較強的溶壁酶Ⅲ,結合超聲波處理南韓赤芝、臺芝和中華黑芝孢子粉孢子壁,破壁率可達98%以上。應用冷凍干燥技術,可使溶壁酶破壁靈芝孢子粉的有效成分(多糖)的保護率在99%左右。
【英文摘要】 The experiment results showed that sporoderm-broken rate of Ganoderma lucidum strains was as high as 98 % when spores were treated with ultrasonic waves after being treated with specific lywallzyme III. And the protection rate of effective component could reach 99% with lywallzyme sporoderm-broken plus freeze-drying technique.
