【中文摘要】 以黃蘑子實體為材料,對黃蘑總糖的提取工藝進行研究,正交實驗確定提取黃蘑子實體總糖的最佳條件為料液比1∶25,提取溫度90℃,提取時間3h。
【英文摘要】 Orthogonal tests revealed that a ratio of sample to solvent of 1∶25, an extraction temperature of 90 ℃, and an extraction time of 3 h were optimal for the aqueous extraction of carbohydrate from Hohenbuehelia serotina fruit bodies.
